around 2015
Our journey began with a single product offering on Amazon. The landscape was vastly different then; digital shelves weren't overcrowded, and sellers enjoyed the luxury of minimal competition. This environment made it considerably straightforward for any product to gain visibility and sales, allowing sellers to thrive with less effort in marketing and differentiation.
Maturing Ecosystem

It didn't take long for the Amazon marketplace to evolve. Within a few short years, what was once a tranquil pond of opportunities began to ripple with change. An increasing number of sellers discovered Amazon's vast potential, leading to a surge in the number of products and brands. This boom turned finding less saturated niches into a challenging task, necessitating more strategic thought in market entry and product promotion to achieve success.


The Pandemic Era
2020-2021
With the onset of the global pandemic, e-commerce leaped into an unforeseen phase of growth. Consumer behavior shifted dramatically towards online shopping, bringing a deluge of both new customers and businesses onto Amazon. While this influx meant increased sales, it also marked a significant change in market dynamics. The situation is normalizing, but it's far from 'business as usual.' The market now sees a flood of low-priced products, with sellers aiming to capture demand from cost-conscious consumers. This has significantly heightened competition across the board, even within smaller, previously less-contested niches. Consequently, we developed tools and strategies that help us maintain quality and profitability while competing against a rising tide of budget-friendly options.
